Which BMW models have 7 seats?
BMW offers three models with 7 seats in 2020: the MPV 2 Series Gran Tourer as well as the luxury SUVs X5 and X7.
2 Series Gran Tourer
The BMW 2 Series Gran Tourer was launched in 2015. With 4.56 meters in length, it is 22 cm longer than the 2 Series Active Tourer and is optionally available as a 7 seater.
In 2020 it is available in Ireland the UK. 3rd row seating is part of the standard equipment. .
The third row seating is not available with all equipment options. If available is costs £1.390 extra. The X5 offers two seats that can be completely retracted under the shelf. The second row of seats, which is equipped with a folding backrest, can be moved forward using the easy entry function, thus ensuring easy entry.
The third row of seats in the X5 has a special center console with two cup holders and a storage compartment. It is approved for two additional child seats. Luxury even on the backseat!
The X7 was launched in spring 2019. The dimensions of the X7 are gigantic, with a length of 5.15 meters, a width of 2.00 meters and a height of 1.80 meters. The 3rd row of seats is part of the standard equipment.
The interior can optionally be configured for 6 comfortable seats. With the 6-seater configuration, there are two individual comfort seats with an armrest in the middle instead of a continuous 3-seater bench.
The seats can be individually moved lengthways and adjusted in the backrest angle.
